Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India; express delivery is available at checkout in select cities.
Every order arrives with an open-box delivery OTP. Share the code with our delivery partner only after you've inspected the piece in front of them and confirmed it matches what you ordered — undamaged, correct design, correct finish. Nothing is deducted from your account until you approve it at the door, so you can trust exactly what you're receiving before it's yours.
Will this tarnish or fade over time?
Every piece is finished to resist everyday tarnish, but like all imitation jewellery, its lifespan depends on care. Following the care instructions above will keep the finish looking new for years.
Is this hypoallergenic?
All Jaydeep pieces are nickel-tested and suitable for sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend a patch test before extended wear.
Can I exchange this for a different size or finish?
Yes — unworn pieces in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our Open Box Delivery section for how we verify every order at the doorstep.
